How can I do my hair like this?

Also, my hair is kinda dry. What can I use to restore moisture?
Section hair in four parts, apply large hot rollers,roll inwards not out words, roll just above ears not all the way up to the crown, spritz with spray shine, after removing rollers use fingers to gently comb through hair, light hair spray.
Dry hair, try joico k pak shampoo and conditioner, for extra repair use k pak deep penetrating re constructor. This line contains keratin silicone complex which re constructs and protects, not to mention they smell fabulous, you can find at salon’s or on-line. I’ve tried it all and this is a God send.
