SHIPPING
Complex Shipping = Bad
Q: What shipping options are available? A: First and foremost, we offer free shipping anywhere in the USA or Canada on all orders over $70 (before taxes). All orders of less than $70 will pay our standard flat rate of $9. Depending on your location, your order will arrive between 2-10 business days. Faster flat-rate options are also available that will reduce your shipping time by a few days for only a few dollars more. Orders to other locations are priced at checkout at cost. Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Be sure to read the "Availablility" on each product page to know approximately when your order will ship. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will ship the next business day.
If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. box? A: Yes! As we ship all orders using standard or express mail service, we can accommodate P.O. box orders. Simply put the P.O. box information in the Address line at checkout.
Q: Can I ship an order to a foreign country? A: Yes. Shipping to the USA and Canada is included in our free shipping and $9 flat-rate shipping option. Shipping is available to many other countries around the world, and is priced at cost. If your country isn't available during checkout, or if you have any questions, email us at shipping@verticalworkshop.com.
Q: Could there be any additional duties and/or taxes on my order? A: Vertical Workshop is based near Toronto, Canada. Therefore, orders placed within Canada will be charged the applicable taxes during checkout. Orders shipped outside of Canada will not be charged any tax by Vertical Workshop, but could be subject to additional taxes and/or duties upon arrival. If your country does have taxes or duties on imports, these charges are not covered by the postage charge on your order and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
Q: How will I know when my order ships? A: When you place an order with Vertical Workshop you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email to confirm when your order ships. If you ever have any questions about your order, just email us! Q: How do I track my package? A: Once your order ships you will receive a separate email with your tracking information. BILLING
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Vertical Workshop accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.Q: I read that Vertical Workshop is based in Canada. What currency will I be billed in? A: As Vertical Workshop is based in Canada, your credit card will charged in Canadian dollars. If you do not live in Canada, no problem! Your credit card company will simply complete the exchange into your home currency and you will see the charge in your home currency on your credit card bill.Q: How much will my order cost in US dollars? Euros? GBP? A: Check out our currency converter here to get an estimated cost in your home currency.Q: When will my credit card be charged? A: Your credit card will only be charged once your order ships. If you order something that is on "backorder" we will not charge your credit card until the item is back in stock and ships out to you.
PRODUCTS / RETURNS
Q: How do I know if a specific product/size/color is in stock? A: Each product page lists the available sizes and colors. If you don't see your size/color option in the drop-down box, we are out of stock of that combination.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product? A: Yes. As long as the product is unworn and unwashed you can return any product from Vertical Workshop within 30 days of the shipment date. You will be responsible for the return shipping, however, so we encourage you to use our Size Information page to make sure you get the right size the first time! If in doubt, send us your questions and we'd be happy to help you find the size that is right for you! |
